Around our House

Just wanted to give a little picture of all the things within walking distance of our little apartment-  we feel very blessed.

A little park with a running path right by the Jilong River, 15 min walk

This Temple is right by the park above:  This is the temple that I was in when a little old lady ran up and just grabbed Sienna out of my hands and started running away.  I started running after her kind of worried and definitely annoyed.  She apparently had a group of old biddies around the corner who she wanted to show Sienna off to, but I was not very appreciative of her abrupt manner.  I have to tell people that Sienna will cry if they take her because otherwise people always want to hold her.  She won't cry but I just don't like so many people holding her and I definitely don't like them running with her.

The market that is nearest our house.  Good size- we can walk there or take the MRT one stop away.

AND THIS IS HOME:  We call it the Bling Room.  This is the entrance to our apartment building.  Don't let the little bear handles convince you otherwise, drug lords definitely helped pimp out our lobby.
