Our little family was able to join my Big family for a wonderful vacation to Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, TX. It is a hug water park with lots of different parts so we definitely kept ourselves busy. As a child, we had a tradition of taking a family vacation here every other summer or so. I have such fond memories of this place, although it is much bigger than it used to be.

The next set of pics is when we were at Surf-n-burg in the water park. One of the most fun parts was the Boogie bahn where you get an experience similar to surfing but on a boogie board. Stephanie was definitely the queen on it for the girls, but Todd did pretty amazing as well. Even Natalie, Zack, Ashley, and Grace all did it despite how intimidating it looks!

We also went tubing down the Guadalupe River. It is so fun to relax and just have fun floating although it was much more crowded than I ever remember as a kid.
Reminiscing on times past brought back memories of our contests to see who could stand on the tubes the longest. I don't think we were as successful as we used to be!
